These yummy pancakes are filled with a great amount of protein and the slightly nutty flavor added to it will give your taste buds more than they asked for. To make these pancakes, mix together flour, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Take another smaller bowl and add peanut butter, sugar and oil. Whisk these together to form a smooth paste. In this bowl beat an egg, add milk and mix this mixture with the flour mixture. Keep stirring to blend all the ingredients well. Now it’s time to bake. Oil a griddle and heat over medium-high heat. Pour the batter in the griddle and cook until you can see small bubbles forming on the surface. Now flip it to cook for few more minutes and it will be done.
